Scotch Eggs WHOLE30
Eggs - 2 dozen lightly hard boiled
Sausage - Breakfast or Italian 4 lbs
Wrap eggs with sausage mixture, pan brown then bake for 20-25 mins at 350.
Enjoy hot or cold!
