2 lb sushi quality tuna diced 1/2 inch
1 bunch cilantro leaves picked
1-2 Serrano chili fine chopped
3 scallions sliced thin
3/4 cup coconut aminos
1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
1 tsp salt & pepper mix
Method
Mix all ingredients and let marinate one hour.
